1.Ph.D. production engineering, 2011, Production Engineering and Metallurgy department, University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq. My thesis title was (Implementing Fuzzy Logic Controller for Guide Roll on Cold Ring Rolling)
2.M.Sc. Production Engineering, 2001, Production Engineering and Metallurgy department, University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq. My thesis title was (Computer-Aided Mechanical Behavior Assessment Using Tensile Test Instrument).
3. B.Sc. Production Engineering, 1998, Production and Metallurgy department, University of Technology Baghdad-Iraq.
Manufacturing system, Automation, Modeling and Simulation of manufacturing systems, manufacturing processes optimization, application of fuzzy logic and neural network in manufacturing systems, control systems for manufacturing processes, and IoT application in Manufacturing system, metal forming and additive manufacturing.
1- Computing Cutting Time in Turning Operation Based on AutoCAD Drawings.
5- Roughness Assessment for Machined Surfaces in Turning Operation using Neural network.
7- Modeling of Continues Laser Welding for Ti6Al-4V Alloys Using COMSOL Multiphysics Software.
8- Deep Engraving Process of PMMA Using CO2 Laser Complemented by Taguchi Method.
9- Effect of CW green laser parameters on welding width and strength of PMMA.
1- I have been a professor in the production engineering and metallurgy department, University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq since 2002, teaching subjects (programming, computer application, measurement instruments, electrical circuit analysis, digital control, mechatronics, and engineering control) and laboratories (metalworking and strength of the material).
2- Giving some courses on how to use nondestructive testing devices like Eddy current, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic field detector and penetrated liquid.
3- Giving courses on the universal testing machine and how to compute the mechanical properties from (tensile, compression and bending tests) .

Under the auspices of the Presidency of the University of Technology and the Department of Production and Mineral Engineering, a solidarity symposium was held entitled (Jerusalem Road Passes through Karbala) organized by (Techno Student Body) on Wednesday, 10/25/2023, in the hall of the late Professor Jassim Al-Hayani, in the presence of the Head of the Department of Production and Mineral Engineering, Prof. M.D. Muhannad Muhammad Hussein, the leader of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Hajj Abu Diaa Al-Saghir, a number of teachers and employees of the University of Technology, and a large number of students. The symposium opened with a recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, recited by the reciter Sheikh Hossam Al-Minshdawi, followed by a speech by the organization’s scouts, then a lecture by Sheikh Mustafa Al-Ansari, which addressed various topics aimed at supporting the Palestinian cause and condemning it. The unjust aggression against the Gaza Strip. The symposium concluded by taking souvenir photos.
