Within the scope of promoting scientific cooperation between the University of Technology and international universities, Prof. Shukri Hamid Ghadeeb, Head of the Production Engineering Branch in the Department of Production and Metallurgy Engineering, supervising the master’s student, Shahd Hatem Hassan, at Karabuk University/ Turkey, Department of Mechanical Engineering, with the participation of (Dr. Bilaloglu) on the tagged master’s thesis. B: (The Effect of Current on White Layer Thickness in Electrical Discharge Machining Process), Where this study is one of the important practical studies in the field of non-traditional cutting operations. It is reported that Assistant Prof. Dr. Shukri Hamid Ghadeeb is a cutting specialist and was chosen to supervise this thesis because he has a very specific expertise in electric spark cutting (EDM).
